1. Choose a photo for each person
Start with two individual portraits. Pick photos with clear faces, even lighting and one visible subject. A front-facing or slightly turned pose usually provides a clearer reference than a heavily cropped face or a crowded background.
Use a still JPG, PNG or WebP, under 5 MB each and at least 300 × 300 pixels. If your starting image contains two people, crop one separate portrait per performer. Photos should be yours to use, with permission from everyone shown.
2. Assign left and right
Open the Hotel Lobby AI video generator. Place the first photo in the left performer slot and the second in the right performer slot. The swap button reverses the assignments. The original illustrated sample duo lets you explore the controls without providing personal photos.
The visible casting board is a photo layout. It previews your references and positions; it is not a prediction of the generated motion or facial accuracy.
3. Choose a frame
Use 9:16 for a vertical story, 16:9 for a wide scene or 1:1 for a square post. Keep enough space for both people. The output setting for AI videos is five seconds, 480p, silent MP4.

4. Generate when the service is available
The studio shows whether AI video generation is open. Once enabled, sign in, confirm photo permissions, check the remaining daily allowance and select Generate. The two photos are uploaded as separate references through Kie.ai.
The requested scene is a matte orange studio, one hanging microphone and two distinct performers making small rhythmic gestures. Output is original and silent. AI may still alter clothing, faces or movement, so inspect the completed result before sharing.
5. Find and save your result
Wait for the task to finish, or return through My videos. A queued task can take several minutes. Refresh the existing status before starting another request. When the video is ready, use Download MP4. Save it promptly because task history lasts up to 14 days and provider links can expire earlier.
Add only music you have permission to use in your editing app or a platform's licensed library. The tool does not include the Hotel Lobby song.
