I only see “Download photo layout”
AI video generation is not currently enabled. The studio remains useful for preparing two references and downloading a static PNG. Enabling a provider is a site-operator action; uploading different photos will not unlock it.
My image will not upload
Use a still JPG, PNG or WebP under 5 MB and at least 300 × 300 pixels. HEIC, SVG and animated images are not supported for user uploads. Convert a phone's HEIC photo to JPEG first. Renaming a file extension does not change its format.
Try exporting the original image again if it is corrupted. Very large decoded images can be rejected even when their compressed file is small. The server validates the actual file rather than trusting its extension.
The Generate button is unavailable
When video generation is enabled, sign in and supply both photos. Confirm that you have permission to use them. Then check today's remaining allowance. Your account allowance resets at 00:00 UTC, not at local midnight. The site also has a daily capacity limit to control provider usage.
The task is queued or generating
The provider may need several minutes. Your task is saved in My videos, so you can leave and return. Status refreshes are limited to avoid excessive provider requests. Starting the same job again will not make the original one faster.
The task says it needs a status check
A network interruption can happen after the provider accepted a request. Lobby keeps this task and reserves its allowance instead of automatically creating another chargeable request. Keep the task ID and contact support. Do not assume that a browser timeout means no video was created.
A confirmed provider failure restores your personal daily allowance. Repeated failed attempts can still hit the hourly or global attempt limit.
My result looks different from the photos
AI generation does not guarantee exact identity, clothing or hand movements. Use distinct, well-lit portraits and avoid busy group photos. Both people should have separate references. Review your permissions before trying another set of photos.
I cannot download an old video
Download links depend on the provider and can expire. Task history is kept for up to 14 days; retention of a task record does not extend the provider's file lifetime. Download completed clips promptly. Videos belong to the account used to create them, so check that you are signed into that account.
